the right way

straight to the right way

i dont know if this is the right way for us

Posted by chuchu2 on October 19th, 2008

I don’t know if this particular situation in my life now is a special thing. But somehow i can also call this special because  of its memories remain and shared, lessons that i learned most most specially of all saying good bye to the person i love.

hhmmm.. story telling galoorrr…. for 3 years and 3 months i am so thankful that God gave this person who tries to understand me even though i act like child and ding thats that people doesn’t like.. He make me feel special and share many things with me..

In those years i commit mistakes and still forgive me and gave me lots of chances… Chances that cannot be count anymore, but now again i did a thing that makes this relationship destroyed, but i can’t do nothing but to accept the consequences  that awaits.

Now I am facing my life alone without him. trying to find my self and put back the things that i needed and was lost. But in spite of everything one thing he promise that gaves so much joy to me…

“i will wait until you find your self again”

and i am hoping for that day… even though it takes months., years still no one can replace him inside of me..

BeautyScope today! August 22, 2008

Posted by chuchu2 on August 22nd, 2008

You love the linen pants you just bought and you want to wear them every day. Go with it — it’s part of your ever-evolving signature look. Sooner or later your tastes will change and you’ll move onto something else.

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

You’re just not into those ‘it’ bags with all the hardware and buckles and whatnot. Good for you — you’re no fashion victim. Look to brands that have been around for years and know how to make a solid classic.

Gemini

Are you suffering from a case of beauty burnout? If you’re feeling exhausted by all the upkeep, say to heck with it for a while. Truthfully, very few people will notice if you skip tweezing your eyebrows for a few days.

Cancer

Mousse, spray, heat styling treatment — wonder your crowning glory has product overload? Give your follicles a break — a deep cleansing shampoo and conditioner is all you need to get our hair back on the right track.

Leo

Your stylist says one thing. The chemists behind the beauty products say something else. In the end, you have to rely on your smarts and your personal experience to determine what does and doesn’t work for you.

Virgo

Loyal to one beauty brand? That trait is admirable, but if the price goes up or a new formulation doesn’t do it for you, make a switcheroo. Hit the cosmetics counters, ask for samples and poll your pals for their picks.

Libra

You have a fabulous amount of good taste and instinctive style chops, but not everyone has your gifts. You just know you could make over your second cousin from drab to fab, but don’t suggest it. Let her come to you.

Scorpio

You’re more about comfort rather than speed right now, but that doesn’t mean you can’t lounge in style. An elegant silk slip beats ratty old sweatpants any day. Nobody appreciates old-fashioned glamour the way you do.

Saggitarius

Keeping it simple helps you look gorgeous. After all, unless you’re punk rock, a chipped manicure can look pretty sloppy. If you know you’re using your hands a lot, keep your nails trimmed and filed instead.

Capricorn

Don’t rest on your style laurels. People tend to stick with a haircut that worked for them during a happy period in their life, but after a while, it can look dated. Small steps can freshen your look. What about bangs?

Acquarius

The little things can make a big difference. If this nail salon looks dingy or somehow not up to code, just say no. Standards are important, especially when it comes to beauty processes that could affect your health.

Pieces

You want a private Pilates session, but the price is stratospheric. See if you can find a like-minded coworker or friend to go in with you. A two-for-one is usually a lot cheaper and you still get personal attention

What we can Learn from our Pets

Posted by chuchu2 on August 18th, 2008

one of my pets.. twinkle

They are the best, most devoted friends a person could ask for: our pets. Sure we love them, but what can we learn from them?

They are our silent companions, some of the best friends we’ll ever have. We dote on them, we baby them. Some of us even dress them up and send them to the spa. You guessed it: we’re talking about our pets.

1) Not to Hold a Grudge

When’s the last time you got into a fight with your dog and the two of you ignored each other for three days? Probably never, as our pets teach us to get over our problems quickly so that we can get on with the good stuff: loving each other (oh yeah, and food). After engaging in a grudgeless match devoid of jealousy, hatred, or greed, our pets forget the squabble right away. They don’t pout or sulk (much). It’s all of these emotions that make us human, but we could take a tip from our pets’ laid-back attitudes.

2) Take It Easy

Have you ever seen a stressed-out golden retriever? Because they’ve got very little going on and little to worry about, tended pets are generally pretty relaxed. Take a cue from these easy riders. The next time you have the urge to lie down and you see your cat curled up on the bed or sprawled out on the porch in the sunshine, go do it. It feels good and your blood pressure will plummet.

3) Life Is Short

Relative to your own, the life of your pet is short. When pets pass away, they take a piece of our heart. When you think about your pet, don’t you want to give him or her the best life possible? Why not treat yourself the same way? Exercise, eat well, spend time with loved ones, and be sure to do the things in life that you enjoy. Nap throughout the day or lie in the sun. Life’s not all about the hustle and bustle and what you can accomplish.

4) Laughter Is the Best Medicine

Ask any pet owner about her pet and we bet she’ll come up with a funny story. Even when we’re mad at them, pets provide us with the best entertainment. So maybe your cat just swallowed 16 feet of dental floss or Fido chewed up your new boots. Once you’re over the initial shock or anger of the situation, you can’t help but find it amusing.

5) Loyalty

As a constant companion, your pet cheers you up when you are down, is there when you are lonely, and greets you with a purr or a wag when you come home. With a trusting heart that inspires devotion from the start, your pet’s unconditional love should remind you of the important things in life. Animals don’t judge us or wish that we were smarter, richer, or better looking. They just want to be loved.

6) Learn New Things

Most pets can be trained to learn new tricks. The more you teach them and the more you reward their actions, the more tricks they can perform. Humans respond similarly: as a willing student, you can learn, advance, and develop new talents. So try something different and take a yoga class, read the classics, or try surfing the waves. It may take a little practice to learn some new tricks, but it will be worth stepping out of your comfort zone.

Oftentimes, our pets can teach us the kind of compassion that we don’t always extend to our fellow human beings. Our furry friends let things go, forgive and forget, and enjoy the simple pleasures that life has to offer. They love innocently and completely without expectation.

Pet lovers make great partners because they have the capacity to be sensitive, as well as responsible for another living thing. So, whether you are dating an animal lover or can’t be without your own four-legged friend, pay attention to the cues from these members of the family.

The Human Need For Love & Intimacy

Posted by chuchu2 on June 27th, 2008

Given one wish in life, most people would wish to be loved–to be able to reveal themselves entirely to another human being and be embraced by that acceptance. People who have successfully built an intimate relationship know its power and comfort. But they also know that taking the emotional risks that allow intimacy aren’t easy. Built upon the sharing of feelings, intimacy requires consummate trust.

History of life through time

Posted by chuchu2 on June 27th, 2008

Life! It’s everywhere on Earth; you can find living organisms from the poles to the equator, from the bottom of the sea to several miles in the air, from freezing waters to dry valleys to undersea thermal vents to groundwater thousands of feet below the Earth’s surface. Over the last 3.7 billion years or so, living organisms on the Earth have diversified and adapted to almost every environment imaginable.

This exhibit provides a survey of that biodiversity through time, focusing on major lineages of organisms. Many of these lineages have gone extinct or currently exist at a much lower diversity than in the past, so there may be large exhibits on groups of organisms that are unfamiliar to you. They are featured because they play an important role in the history of life on Earth.

why life is unfair

Posted by chuchu2 on June 17th, 2008

Life is full of trouble, and there are days of heartache. That’s a fact. Life is painful. For some people it seems as if each day is like being in a torture chamber — it is agonizing. If we dwell on the injustices of life, it will eventually lead us to bitterness. One of the reasons many of us struggle with the question of “Why is life so unfair?” is because we do not understand that this earth is not the land of the living; it is the land of the dying. All around us there is disease, death, and sadness. The Bible teaches us that we live on a planet that is suffering from the after-effects of sin. When you understand this, it changes your perspective about life, and things begin to make sense. You realize that this life is simply the proving ground that is preparing you for life in eternity.

Yes, life is short and unfair, yet the Bible tells us that God loves us and wants to share His love with us for all of eternity. The Bible puts it this way, “But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions — it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus” (Ephesians 2:4-7). If you put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ, then what you have in this life is not what you get. God has a wonderful plan to make all the injustices you have experienced in this life right. In God’s eternal kingdom there will be no more suffering and pain. You will experience life the way God really intended it to be. The Bible records these words about the end of all suffering, “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away” (Revelation 21:4). Life is brief and painful, but eternity in Heaven never ends, and there are no bad experiences there.

Life’s Journey

Posted by chuchu2 on June 4th, 2008

The Journey

by Mary

Let me tell you of my journey in life, of places I have seen and people I have met! Of my sorrows and of my happiness. Of my lessons I have learned, I am but one life in this vast world. Hoping to make a mark on it. Let me help you through your journey, Maybe we can travel together? Each person that I meet, Touches my life and changes it! Little by little I change. Hoping it is for the best. Oh, where would I be having not met you! I would not know so many joys in life. My life would be not so fulfilled. Each person we meet we touch, And take part of them with us. It makes us who we are today.
